management team

Neil Richmond
Neil entered financial services
in 1989, following his formative years in banking. Neil quickly
developed his skills in the business market, gaining a reputation
for helping employers design and implement successful bespoke
employee benefit packages. In 1994, he moved to, specialist pension
practice, Moncur Jackson. In 2004, Neil helped create abacus.

Malcolm Hodgson
Malcolm has been in the financial
services industry for over 25 years. The majority of this time
has been spent in senior managerial positions. Prior to joining
abacus, Malcolm was a Regional
Pensions Manager for Royal SunAlliance, where he specialised in
working with actuaries and lawyers, helping the trustees of final
salary schemes. He joined abacus
to head up our Northern operations.

Our history
With the core of our team having
worked together for over 10 years and an average of more than
15 year’s experience each in the industry throughout, we
are able to provide a unique service to corporate and private
customers alike. Our proven team of specialists hold the majority
of the Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications in pensions
and life assurance, as well as being members of the Personal Finance
Society.
